This is true in many cases, but in some a nursing home or other form of 24 hour care is the best way to take care of an aging parent or grandparent.
You can't always be there, every second of every day. But this made me think about how there are some people that do abandon their relatives like this.
It's really sad.

I don't get, its a 'miracle' thing, since ancient times people have been having babies. Now if it was something like in the movie Children of Men where infertility is a big issue but then suddently someone got pregnant, now thats what I call a miracle.

This is the sort of reality people like to ignore when they're bingo-ing the childfree.

Nevermind that having kids to serve as your personal servants in your old age is an incredibly selfish motivation to become a parent anyway.
